The Wellness Project

Our aim is to educate young people, mums, women and men on how to prevent chronic illness by eating foods that heal us rather than harm us.. Our events cover all things wellness for the mind body and spirit.

We recommend eating more plant based foods and increasing therapeutic foods such as good fats and fermented probiotic foods.

Caroline founded this event as part of her role as  a

Jamie Oliver Food Ambassador.

Our first event ran over the weekend at The Grounds of Alexandria and it was aimed at getting kids to eat more fresh foods. We have grown into a community event where we talk food is medicine and all things wellness for the mind body and spirit.

Join us at an event, or book us to talk at your school or businesses about healthy eating and plant based cooking.
